Our products are reliably shipped from Germany via DHL .

Germany

  • Delivery time: 2–4 working days
  • Shipping costs: €6.90
  • Free shipping on orders over €50

European Union (EU)

  • Delivery time: 5–9 working days
  • Shipping costs: €13.90
  • Free shipping on orders over €75

Switzerland & International

  • Delivery time: 7–20 working days
  • Shipping costs: from €18.00
  • Free shipping on orders over €100

Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to additional customs duties, import fees, or clearance charges. These are to be borne by the buyer.

Payment terms

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

  • Shopify Payments (e.g. credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay – depending on the device)

Other payment methods such as invoice, prepayment or direct debit are not offered. The charge is processed immediately during the order process.

Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
  • The return shipment must be complete.
  • The refund will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
